Using your invitation suite as a starting point, we’ll design pieces that embody your wedding’s look and feel—creating a streamlined aesthetic for your beautiful day. What do day-of paper goods encompass? We’re talking welcome signs, ceremony programs, seating charts, table numbers, place cards, menus, and even special extras like a custom guest book, monogrammed cocktail napkins, coasters, matchboxes, or whatever else sparks your fancy!

Please fill out a simple questionnaire to tell me what Day-of items you are interested in. Plus, I’d love to hear any other details about your wedding that will help me further customize your Day-of suite! (Think: colors, the overall style and feel of your special day, unique details, etc.) If you’re unsure, simply ask; I’m happy to help you narrow in on what you need!
I’ll email you within 3-5 business days after you submit your questionnaire with a detailed proposal customized to your needs and selections. Nothing is set in stone, so we can certainly make adjustments before I begin the design process. Once you are ready to move forward, all you have to do is sign the client agreement (if you’re not already a client) and submit a deposit to begin the design phase.
design & revisions
To begin the design phase, I’ll have you submit a document outlining the items you selected with wording selections. (I have a simple guide and lookbook to help you get started!) Once that’s finalized, I’ll start designing your Day-of items, customized to your specifications. When all the pieces have been designed, I’ll share a digital proof with you via email. At this point, we can make minor adjustments and revisions until we arrive at the perfect design. I’ll design everything ahead of time and fill in your guest's details once the design is approved and the guest list is finalized. Heads up! Your final guest list is due to me three weeks before your wedding. This phase takes about 3-5 weeks.
production & delivery
Once I have your approval, we can move into the production process! I’ll send your files off to the printer, and after they’re printed, I’ll send them off to you! This phase takes 2-4 weeks, depending on your chosen print method. Usually these items are done the week of your wedding.
While the exact price varies depending on your selections, on average Day-Of clients spend $1,500–$3,000+ on stationery.
