We’ll collaborate to hone in on your personal style preferences, taking inspiration from your wedding colors, florals, and venue, and taking any thematic elements or motifs into consideration. These personal touches will give guests the perfect first impression of your wedding, while creating a designed memento that you can treasure for years to come.

CONSULTATION
It all begins with a conversation. We’ll discuss design elements; pull samples of paper, ink swatches, colors, and fonts; discuss print methods; and find what really speaks to you to create a custom experience. I want to learn as much as I can about your wedding and personal style so I can create something truly customized to the two of you, as a couple.

custom proposal
I’ll put together a detailed proposal for your consideration, reflective of the pieces we discussed in our consultation. Nothing is set in stone, so we can certainly make adjustments before I begin the design process. Once you are ready to move forward, all you have to do is sign the client agreement and submit a deposit to begin the design phase. At this point, I’ll also provide you with a timeline for the rest of the process.

design STAGE
To begin the design phase, I’ll have you submit a wording document, outlining how you’d like your invitation to be worded. (I have a simple guide to help you get started!) Once that’s started, I’ll design the preliminary concepts of your wedding suite, customized to your specifications. When all the pieces have been designed, I’ll share a digital proof with you via email. At this point, we can make adjustments and revisions until we arrive at the perfect design. Three revisions are included in your package. This stage usually takes one to four months.

production & delivery
Once I have your approval, we can move into the production process! I’ll send your files off to the printer, and after they’re printed, I’ll send them off to you! This phase takes 2-4 weeks, depending on your chosen print method.

You can choose from many different print methods, but the top three are outlined below.
Created in the 1400s, this print method is my absolute favorite. A plate is made of your invitation artwork, which is inked and pressed into the paper, creating an impression you can see and feel.

My second favorite! This is where you can play with metallic colors. A plate is also made of your artwork and stamped into the paper, creating eye-catching shine.
